Construction, Renovation and Lot Loans
-Build the home of your dreams from start to finish. Add an addition or buy a fixer upper and finance the renovations needed.
INTEREST FIRST Loan - Fixed or Adjustable Rate
These loans require interest only payments for up to 10 years, and then the loan is fully amortized over the remaining 20 years. There are no prepayment penalties, so you can pay toward the principal balance of your loan at any time, but you are not required to do so the first 10 years.
